From Joyce Bonneau to Colleen Cahoon:
My sisters belong to the DAR.
We are also decendants of Daniel Boone as his brother Samuel ...

Boone's daughter Mary Polly Boone Bradley was a grandmother about ? times removed. I'd have to look it up to see.

Polly Boone Bradley's mother is the one who taught Daniel Boone how to read. (Does she mean that Daniel Boone's wife taught him to read?)

Samuel married Sarah Day. (Sarah Day was born about 1734 and died in 1819 in Missouri, USA.)
